Leading with Emotional Intelligence

This session will help leaders learn to leverage critical EQ-i 2.0® skills in our post-pandemic world. Particular focus will be placed upon leading with a balance of assertiveness and empathy, along with essential EI skills such as self-awareness, flexibility, stress tolerance and resilience.

EI Skills Development Workshops

Our EI skills workshops are a great way to introduce the themes and power of EI leadership into your team.

  • An intimate and dynamic workshop that will give leaders access to new leadership power and capacities by harnessing their own emotional intelligence.

  • During this workshop, participants will learn critical how to apply EI skills to bolster their communication, including empathy, emotional expression and assertiveness.

Assessing, understanding and using our Emotional Intelligence (EI) enables us to understand our emotions and our responses to what we hear, see and read.

    These strategies are designed to help leaders grow their sense of self-worth and confidence in a world of rapid change and limitless streams of social and mass media messages aiming to negatively impact one’s sense of self.

  • This workshop is a deep dive into the skill of stress tolerance. Effective stress tolerance serves as a preventative measure in leadership. It helps protect leaders from high blood pressure, heart disease and other harmful ailments caused from stress.

  • This workshop will teach you six essential strategies for employing emotional regulation in leadership. It is founded upon the reality that emotions are part of our daily lives. They signal both threats and rewards.  And much like a compass that guides us, emotions have the power to guide us to the right actions or hinder us if not managed.

  • This is a powerful follow-up workshop which is designed to help bring your EQ into Action as part of your Leadership development journey. As Leaders, it is vital that you are aware of your Emotional Intelligence skills and can intentionally manage them. Doing so will result in enhanced emotional well-being, less stress, more effective relationships, more success, saved time and energy and an all around sense that you can reach a higher level of performance.

Post-workshop, team leaders will meet with one of our coaches for a 1-hour EQ review that will build from the insights gathered at the workshop. From there, we’ll build individual action plans.
