  • As a passionate and certified EQ-based leadership coach, trainer and speaker, Jillian is on a mission to help business leaders unlock their full potential by harnessing the power of Emotional Intelligence to create lasting joy, clarity, confidence and well-being in their lives.

     She has worked extensively with both proven and emerging leaders to harness the skills of Emotional Intelligence to create engaging work environments, establish authentic relationships, build socially invested teams and deliver business results.

     Gifted in building and inspiring teams, Jillian founded McLaughlin Mentoring following an award-winning almost 20-year management career at Unilever and Sun Products/Henkel, steering marketing and business strategy for iconic brands like Dove, Sunsilk, and Sunlight. She guards these early-career management experiences as essential to her coaching and training success; they grant her an ability to empathize with the broad, pressure-packed dynamics of her clients' leadership challenges.

     With an active lifestyle as a working mom, entrepreneur, wife and friend, Jillian knows how important it is to maintain balance, focus, performance, and well-being every day. She is passionate about bringing fun into learning and can always be counted on to be your cheerleader for growth!

  • Jenn is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), an EQ Certified Coach,  and a seasoned business leader with a reputation for building high-performing teams and fostering a people-centric work culture. With over 20 years of experience in marketing, customer success, HR, and operations, her career spans industries such as finance, grocery, e-commerce, and telecom. Jenn is known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership style.

    At Capital One, she led the development of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional media. Her role at Fresh City involved overseeing omni-channel customer experience, media relations, and later managing all aspects of HR, from employee experience to performance management. Jenn’s extensive background enables her to support clients with both personal and professional growth.

    As a coach, Jenn is passionate about helping clients rediscover joy and balance, using emotional intelligence to navigate life’s challenges. She empowers individuals to reach their goals and lead with purpose by drawing from her own journey through diverse corporate landscapes and her role as a mother of two. Jenn believes that by embracing self-awareness and empathy, her clients can unlock their potential and lead fulfilling lives.

  • Rhonda Wooddisse is a dedicated Professional Coach and Strategic Delivery Consultant who empowers individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their fullest potential.

    With over 15 years of diverse experience in coaching, consulting, and leadership roles in operations and project teams, Rhonda brings a unique blend of insights to guide clients on transformative journeys.

    After completing university and gaining experience in the non-profit sector both in Canada and abroad, Rhonda transitioned into the financial industry. Starting in learning and development, she progressed to leading significant strategic initiatives, including system conversions and product launches. Rhonda then led a Project Management Office and teams in Operations, overseeing various aspects of end-to-end customer service for credit card and loyalty programs, managing critical vendor relationships, and collaborating with major Canadian retailers.

    Recognizing an opportunity to make a broader impact, she expanded her professional scope by embracing coaching. This decision enabled her to provide valuable coaching services that promote personal and professional growth.

    As a coach, Rhonda partners with her clients to support them in achieving their professional and personal goals. Her focus ranges from strategy execution and team engagement to fostering work/life balance. With an emphasis on courageous and authentic leadership, Rhonda helps clients unlock their best thinking and bring their unique voices to the table, enabling them to live to their true potential.

    Rhonda's approach is warm and creates an environment of trust, allowing clients to explore their "whole person." She believes that success in the office is supported by success in life and is most powerful when created authentically. 

  • Executive coach, talent strategist and facilitator, throughout her 25+ career Kelly has had the opportunity to work with leaders at all levels across a variety of complex global organizations. Kelly’s focus has been on developing and elevating leaders, teams and organizations to courageously achieve relevant and impactful results, while supporting them to think differently about leadership and what is required to optimize future growth and navigate ever-changing business environments.

  • Mary is a certified Life and EQ-I Coach and International Coaching Federation (ICF) member. While she spent most of her career in administration, working alongside senior executives in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, the pieces that she enjoyed most were working with the people! Supporting and mentoring employees to thrive always brought real joy to her day.

    Growing up as a competitive figure skater, Mary learned early on the value of resilience—a sport that taught her both literally and figuratively how to pick herself up, dust herself off, and keep going.

    As a certified Life Coach., Mary enjoys connecting with people and supporting them to realize their true potential. She feels privileged to partner with her clients on their journeys and to witness their growth both personally and professionally. Mary listens to understand all aspects of a person’s life. She hears her clients’ unique skills, struggles, and their heart, and then works in partnership with them to help them achieve the successes they dream of.

  • Sarah is our lead team experience manager and makes the assessment taking process seamless. She has over 20 years of experience in administration and operations, having successfully supported leaders in both the private and public sectors. Her expertise spans a wide array of areas, including process improvements and efficiencies, database management, and ensuring data integrity. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in identifying and implementing strategies that streamline operations, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall organizational performance. Sarah loves supporting small businesses acting as their business manager and virtual assistant.
