ASSESS

Self-knowledge is one of the most important leadership tools.  We start with your personal assessment.  It will become one of your most powerful tools in your pursuit of elevated leadership and lifelong well-being. 

MHS EQ-i 2.0 assessment (BarOn Method of EQ) is the preferred EQ tool we use.  It was the first scientifically validated and widely used measure of EQ.  It is a predictable measurement of the current level of emotional and social functioning.

Following the assessment, we will hold a one-hour in-depth review to identify the EQ skills to lead with, sharpen, and bring into balance.  The outcome is a customized Action Plan with strategies zeroing in on the skills of EQ that will increase your overall effectiveness.

WORKSHOPS

Developing EQ takes focused reflection, facilitated group interactions, and the opportunity to see yourself in action away from the regular work environment.  Our EQ training focuses on teaching the language of Emotional Intelligence, including self-awareness and the 15 non-cognitive skills of EQ.

In team workshops, we’ll be looking at the differences in EQ between team members and how the differences influence team functioning.  Teams will get an opportunity to learn how their emotions affect performance, how to use empathy to increase organizational effectiveness, and how to perceive and understand their emotions in order to make better decisions.
