MHS EQ-i 2.0 assessment (BarOn Method of EQ) is the preferred EQ tool we use. It was the first scientifically validated and widely used measure of EQ. It is a predictable measurement of the current level of emotional and social functioning.

Following the assessment, we will hold a one-hour in-depth review to identify the EQ skills to lead with, sharpen, and bring into balance. The outcome is a customized Action Plan with strategies zeroing in on the skills of EQ that will increase your overall effectiveness.
